You'll find manuals, tutorials and other resources for FOSS software and for the Ubuntu OS on our support wiki.

If we maintain your Ubuntu setup and/or websites under contract, please check the manual and/or help pages first and then Email us, Skype, or call us during office hours — or come to the chat channel.

If you don't have a contract with us but still need a little help and advice about Free Software or Ubuntu (or have participated in a pilot), you can still pop into our chat channel — but please bear in mind this is maintained by volunteers and there may not be someone available to help you all the time, so do try again if there isn't someone there to help the first time.
